1. Why do I not see my hub?

  1. Make sure you have the app installed, see tutorial
  2. It may take up to 30 secs for the Hub to show up after you've installed the app
  3. Make sure the user have access to at least one project
  4. Try uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. If there are requirements / warnings on the account (e.g. turn on two-factor authentication), do that and retry
